Kundalini Yoga Yoga is a yoga style that in „krias“ combines dynamic and static elements.  It is kind of yoga, which is aimed at achieving a particular effect (e.g. Krias on a flexible spine, to strengthen the aura, etc..).  Breathing techniques, meditation and chanting mantras are also included.


 There is no need to have special skills to be able to attend lessons of Kundalini Yoga. The exercises are not complicated and are explained by teacher to newcomers who practise exercises according to their personal abilities and powers. Laziness of fanatism are not recomended. The most appropriate is to find a balance for practicing Kundalini.
